Refund policy

Return Policy:

At IMPOSED WILL™, we hope you love your gear and wear it out. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping costs) to your original form of payment or as store credit in the form of a gift card. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been customized, worn, washed, or used. 

Returns and exchanges (minus shipping costs) on regularly stocked items can be made within 30 days of your order.

EXCEPTION:  Please note that ALL SPECIAL ORDERS, PRE-SALES, FINAL CLOSE-OUT ITEMS, UNDER GEAR, SPATS AND EVENT TICKETS are not eligible for return or exchange. THESE SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN. NO EXCHANGES. 

If you would like to return or exchange a PRE-SALE item you must do that with your gym/facility/club/school contact.

MANUFACTURER DEFECT: If an issue is found with a special order, or custom presale item, and deemed a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item(s).   

Initiate Return or Exchange

We have a very flexible return/exchange policy, which states that as long as an item is unwashed/unused, you may return it in exchange for another size, model, or color (additional shipping costs may apply for exchange). Refunds are available as a store credit in the form of a gift card or back to your original payment (minus shipping costs).

Please email INFO@IMPOSEDWILL.COM for further instructions and details. Please include your ORDER # and NAME on the order. For MANUFACTURER DEFECTS, please also include a PICTURE of the issue. 

What are my options for refunding my order?

There are two refund options for returned items.

REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT

This refund is issued to your card or other payment method that was used to purchase the item(s).

STORE CREDIT REFUND

One-hundred percent of the value of all returned products are issued  as store credit in the form of an IMPOSED WILL™ gift card. There's no rush using your credit as it has no expiration and can be used towards any future IMPOSED WILL™ purchases.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please note that we are unable to generate return shipping labels for international addresses. If you would like to exchange from an international (non-U.S. address), please return your item(s) to us with a note stating your order number and return/exchange request. Our team will proceed accordingly. If exchange items have been requested and you return within the 30-day window, we will cover the cost of any exchange items being shipped back to you.
