FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $100 of regularly stocked items.

*CUSTOM PRESALE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM FREE SHIPPING

Orders of regularly stocked items are fulfilled within 1-5 business days of confirmation. Business days include Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard time. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

USA: 3-7 business days
Canada: 7-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

PRESALE SHIPPING:

Presale items are fulfilled 4-6 weeks from the final presale date. Once your order ships we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

Orders that contain a mix of presale and in-stock items will ship at the expected time of the presale items due to the order being completed when all of the items are available to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Please keep in mind that customer is responsible for all custom fees.
